How It Works

For municipalities to request Reboot Texas assistance, they can fill out a “Contact Us Form” on our website and outline the specific project they desire to complete.

 

 

Our Approach – 

Reboot Texas takes a collaborative approach to working with local municipalities, ensuring that our efforts align with the unique needs and priorities of each community. Our process includes:

  1. NEEDS ASSESSMENT.
    We work with municipal leaders to assess the most pressing needs within their community. Together, we identify high-priority projects that will have the greatest impact on residents’ quality of life.
  2. PROJECT PLANNING.
    Once needs are identified, we work with local leaders to develop a project plan, outlining the scope of work, required resources, and timeline for completion.
  3. BOARD APPROVAL & FUNDRAISING.
    The finalized project plan & budget will be presented to the Reboot Texas Board. Upon approval of the project, funds will be allocated to any contractors hired for the designated project only. If more funds are needed for said project, the process of grant research/writing & fundraising will take place.
  4. PROJECT EXECUTION.
    Our team, in collaboration with local government agencies and volunteers, executes the project according to the agreed-upon plan. Reboot Texas assists with the entire process from resourcing, ideas, and problem resolution.
  5. ONGOING MAINTENANCE SUPPORT.
    After completing a project, Reboot Texas remains involved by offering long-term maintenance support. This includes organizing recurring cleanup events, ongoing weed and debris removal services, and identifying future needs as they arise.
